Directions:
Shake contents well before usage. Perform a strand test before application and follow the instructions of the developer. Do not mix 1:1 with the developer. Do not use a metal bowl/whisk for mixing. 

Off Scalp Application: Mix 1 packet of powder lightener with 1.5 oz - 2 oz of 20 or 40 volume of developer. 

On Scalp Application: Mix 1 packet of powder lightener with 2 oz of 20 volume developer. Apply evenly to unwashed hair. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result. Check hair event 5-10 minutes. Process for up to 50 minutes. The packet must be empty before disposal.
